Elder care monitoring

As our family members age, we’re confronted with multitude of decisions:

  • When do we consider assisted living, dependent care, home health aides, long-term care insurance?
  • How do we coordinate logistics around getting to doctor's appointments and the grocery store?
  • What if something happens and we're not there?

Grand Care Systems enable your older family members to maintain their independence and freedom to stay in their own homes, longer.

What is GrandCare Systems?

This easy-to-use and affordable technology connects seniors to family members and care givers. It's the same technology being used at some of the most exclusive assisted-living communities in the country. Designed with the senior in mind, an interactive touchscreen connects to the Internet and sensors placed around the house. Relatives, friends and care givers can simply go online and send messages, reminders and pictures right to the touchscreen. Sensors send activity and wellness reports to a secure webpage and trigger email and phone alerts if there is a potential problem. Watch the video:

If Wes Justyn’s 91-year-old mother forgets to measure her blood pressure, he gets an e-mail alert. If she’s inactive, lying in bed for half a day, or hasn’t opened the refrigerator, another e-mail arrives in his inbox.
