Security Systems including door locks and cameras

• The security system can page you when your kids arrive home.
• Someone comes to your door. The answering machine will answer and take a message; their image will also be recorded on your computer. PIP will produce an image of the front yard and go off after a minute.

Lighting

• Lights go on as you move through the house and go off shortly after you leave the area.
• While you're away from home, your lights go on and off randomly around the house to give your home a lived-in look.
• At dusk your outside lights turn on and the lights in the house will operate with motion.

Sprinkler Systems

Automation can help you conserve water and save on your water bill by programming the sprinkler system to turn on at set time periods or whenever the moisure level of the ground goes below a set level.

Thermostat

• Heat and hot water will be turned up an hour before you wake up.
• The indoor temperature will be controlled by the outside temperature and the heat and A/C mode will be automatically selected.
• An hour after everyone has left the house the lights will go off and the temerature will be adjusted to save fuel.
• Shortly before you get home, the temperature will be adjusted, or you can call your house and adjust it yourself, or it will change when someone arrives home.

Home Theater Systems

• In the morning, your lights and TV will turn on with the morning news and turn off after you leave the room.
• Dial your favorite CD from the LCD panel on the wall to play in the room you are in.

• Schedule your wake-up call at different times based on a date, time or holiday.
• If someone arrives in the driveway, announce their presence over the sound system.
